Press Release Websites and Category Industry Sub-Sector Approach

Is another Press Release Website a valid business on the Internet? There must be 12 very popular press release websites on the Internet and probably more like 50 in all, which are fairly high-traffic sites. But is the Online Virtual World ready for yet another one? Some say that; "That providing yet another outlet for press releases adds no value to the world."

Well this maybe true in fact and yet if someone were to exploit a niche or provide a new spin on an old theme then it could be worthy. Simply building a press release website and hoping people will come may not be a worthy time expenditure and one could say that one cannot surmise that an additional press release site is of no value to the World, especially based on a very limited foot in the pool to test the water temperature before jumping in. That is to say building another Press Release Website and then wondering why so few people use it? Perhaps it would simply be because no one knows about it and because of the other 62 popular press release sites already out there.

I think a Press Release Site, which is categorized by Industry Sector is very valuable to the downsizing in staff trade journals looking for unique press releases which cannot be found on other sites. So there are some ways that such a site could be used to further exploit a particular market niche. Consider this in 2006.
