Want To Lose Weight? Then Drop Your Chemical Calories!

Youre probably thinking Oh man, another thing I have to count. Thats what I thought when I first learnt about chemicals in my food, cosmetics and skin care. I thought its bad enough counting my food let alone now watching what I put on my skin. I thought I was doomed never to lose weight!

As I discovered more I was really surprised to learn what I was putting on my skin was having an adverse affect on my body, especially my metabolic rate. I began to wonder - could this really be true? Could the chemicals in my skin care really be making me fat?

THE SCARY TRUTH

I was absolutely horrified to find out how these synthetic chemicals that promoted to be good were actually harming me slowly. I found out that synthetic chemicals harm the body in two ways: First by acute poisoning through exposure in large quantities, which induce immediate and often violent reactions and that account for 220,000 deaths worldwide each year. The second more subtle way is by long term exposure to much lower levels.

SO HOW ARE THESE TOXIC CHEMICALS MAKING ME FAT?

Toxic chemicals are highly fat soluble and when exposed to them, the body creates fat to store the chemicals. This makes it very hard for the body to process and eliminate chemicals from the system. For example: Carbamates, a group of insecticides and herbicides used in growing food, cosmetics and medicinal ingredients are also used as growth promoters in battery-farms because they slow down the metabolic rate of livestock. So the same chemicals used to fatten our livestock are used in our skin care and cosmetics. They also used carbamates to promote weight gain in humans!! I was so angry to find out that chemicals liker this are put in my everyday personal use without my knowledge. So off I went to find a skin care range and cosmetics that werent going to poison me.

THE SOLUTION!!!

After months of researching and learning to read ingredient labels, I finally stumbled across a website called www.templewellness.com.au selling certified organic skin, hair, body and cosmetics. I was amazed - there was nothing on the label that I could pick apart! And to have world wide certification by all four major certifying organic bodies, well, thats just unheard of! I was so happy that I bought the whole lot! Thinking that I would have to pay an arm and a leg (believe me I have spent some money in the past on skin care), I was quite surprised at how affordable they all were. Since I started using these certified organic products, my skin has never been better and the weight is starting to come off.

Thankyou templewellness.com.au for providing such great products!!
