This might sound ridiculous but it is a proven way to convince your mind that youre over the beat. Use logic and reasoning and please, speak the truth to yourself so you can get over the bad beat. I guarantee you that if you think of poker like this, more people will respect you for not showing how immature you are, and youre poker game will soar to new heights.
