Zero Down Payment On Georgia Homes Offered By Investor

A real estate investor will be offering Georgia homes with a zero down payment.

'We are looking to help families become Georgia home owners by offering the properties with zero down payment,' states real estate investor, Jaime Polanco.

Jaime Polanco is a real estate investor with a portfolio of properties nationwide. He is also President of AmeriVision Mortgage Corporation, a nationwide mortgage company based in Southern California.

'In many cases a down payment is the only obstacle that stands in the way of families becoming home owners. They have the ability to make a monthly mortgage payment, but have never managed to save for the initial down payment.'

Polanco is currently in the process of purchasing properties throughout Georgia. Generally all of the Georgia homes that he acquires are run down, but he renovates them so that they are in a move-in condition when the properties are sold.

'By offering our Georgia homes with a zero down payment, we accomplish two things. Firstly we help families become home owners, and secondly we avoid any expenses that we may incur if the property is unoccupied for any length of time.'

'We are always asked 'what's the catch'? after being told that zero down payment is required. There isn't one! Our company philosophy it that by helping families we are giving back to their community.'
'We can even help first time home buyers with bad credit by starting them out with a rent to own program. These programs do not require any loan qualification.'
The first focus with a rent to own home program is on the ability to make monthly lease payments. As most are making rental payments already this is not much of an issue. The second focus is on the future potential for purchasing the home.
If there are bad credit issues to overcome, this can be worked on, while living in the new home. Over time, most credit issues can be corrected.
'By working with people who might not otherwise be helped we can bring the American Dream to the communities that we conduct business.'

'Unlike other homes investors that want top dollar for their properties, we are more concerned with making less money and helping families with a zero down payment to become Georgia home owners. That way everybody wins and this is truly our AmeriVision,' concludes Polanco.
